The ideal XL Sales Manager is self-motivated, goal driven, disciplined, focused in their work ethic, detail oriented and strives for excellence with every task – initial focus will be Los Angeles.

The candidate must be confident as well as professional and organized, outgoing and comfortable in meeting new people and forging lasting relationships and will have to build up distribution and chain account network for the brand, including supervising direct sales routes and hiring personnel using own industry contacts and experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build distribution network
  • Develop network and brand placements in chain accounts set-up direct distribution sales routes
  • Prepare, review and verify driver’s daily paperwork for Imaging and Handheld
  • Run daily route status report to verify that all delivery routes are settled
  • Manage route drivers/sales managers
  • Review sales peoples’ cash books, invoices, order sheets, inventory on a daily basis
  • Develop brand presence for on-premise business

  • 5+ years’ experience in Sales

As the XL Event Manager you are planning and executing various events running the behind-the-scenes and monitors each and every bit very closely and manages it identifying potential business, researching, writing, planning and running all aspects of the events.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Evaluation and research of available event opportunities and details in order to raise brand and consumer awareness
